Heritage Middle School Scholars Create Animal Portraits
In this project, students watched the movie Coco and created their own portraits of family pets rendered in the Oaxacan style.

Ms. Toback's Science Scholars Receive Kits for Remote Learning
Ms. AIleen Toback raised funding to provide science kits for each of her scholars to actively participate in lessons while learning remotely. Each scholar received a kit that included science supplies.

NFA Senior Jacob Johnston Semi-Finalist for National Merit Scholarship Program
Jacob Johnston, 12th grade scholar at Newburgh Free Academy’s Main Campus is a semi-finalist for the 2021 National Merit Scholarship program. After graduating from Newburgh Free Academy, Jacob plans to attend college to study computer science.
