US History Regents Canceled
The New York State Education Department has announced that the United States History Regents exam, originally scheduled for Wednesday, June 1, 2022 has been canceled. All other June 2022 exams remain scheduled.

Heritage Students Participate in Estuary Stewardship Through Education Program at Plum Point
The students took part in different activities learning about the natural resources, critical species and habitats, ongoing pollution issues, and climate change impacts. The students also cleaned up the riverbank of debris.

Ms. Kerr's science class at NFA stared an Ecology unit in Living Environment and went to Black Rock Forest to do a vernal pool study. The class learned about the reproductive habits of amphibians.

NFA's Club SEL Promotes Positive Self-Esteem
The club members put a bulletin and posters around the school with tips on how to improve self-esteem and there were positive self-esteem quotes provided to the student body in the daily announcements.
