South Middle School Performed: Beanie and the Bamboozling Book Machine
Beanie Boren, a science wiz who is not keen on reading, has designed a book reading machine for the science fair. It combines a computer, a video camera, and a contraption of his own design to enable one to read three books at once.

Scholars in team 6C at Heritage Middle School are participating in Clarkson University's Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries. In October, the students traveled to Beacon for a field trip to the Water Ecology Center at Denning's Point.
