FinalForms Data Management Service

The Newburgh Enlarged City School District Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service, to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. We are asking that ALL parents of athletes and athletes use FinalForms.

Click on the Parent Playbook (link to the right) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the
process, scroll to the page bottom-right and click “Get Help.”

(Tickets for High School students can be purchased in the main office of their school building):

*All proceeds from ticket sales go toward supporting the annual Block N scholar-athlete recognition.

LIVESTREAM

All games on Academy Field and games in the main gym at NFA Main Campus will be streamed on the HUDL Fan Livestream Site

Any events held in the NFA Main Gymnasium or on Academy Field can be viewed on the NFHS Network.

The award-winning NFA GBTV (Goldback Television) will be live-streaming the following sporting events on their YouTube channel. Thank you to our students, teacher Mr. Guy Du Quesnay for supporting these efforts to allow our families to view and support our athletes from home!

NECSD Volunteer Photographer Manual & Application Form

Photos and videos are permitted from the stands and general admission areas. Those who do not possess media credentials from an accredited news agency can volunteer to photograph/video events. Non-credentialed media wishing to volunteer to take photographs/videos and receive enhanced access to the field sidelines, pool deck, courtside, mat side, practices, rehearsals, etc. can review the NECSD Volunteer Photographer Handbook and submit an Application for Volunteer Photographers.

Volunteer Media Passes are not granted until the applicant receives a confirmation and official pass from the Communications Department.
