NFA AF-JROTC Participates in Annual Hudson Valley Honor Flight

Our NFA  AFJROTC Honors Our Heroes during the Hudson Valley Honor Flight Ceremony!

The NFA AFJROTC Screaming Eagles were proud to participate in the Hudson Valley Honor Flight, honoring the brave men and women who served our great nation as they embarked on a truly memorable journey to Washington, D.C.

These deserving veterans are traveling to our nation’s capital to visit the national monuments and memorials dedicated to honoring their service, sacrifice, and the legacy they have left for future generations. This special experience provides an opportunity for them to reflect on their service, remember their fellow service members, and receive the recognition and gratitude they so richly deserve.

Our cadets lined the route, stood proudly at attention, and rendered honors as these American heroes began their journey. It was a meaningful opportunity for our young men and women to demonstrate their respect, appreciation, and commitment to honoring those who paved the way for the freedoms we enjoy today.

Experiences like this remind our cadets that service is more than wearing a uniform, it’s about honoring those who came before us, recognizing sacrifice, and carrying forward the values of duty, honor, and patriotism.

To all the veterans participating in this Honor Flight, thank you for your service and sacrifice. We hope your journey to Washington, D.C., is filled with pride, reflection, and unforgettable memories. You have earned this honor, and we are grateful for the opportunity to salute you!
