Hello! Gidney Avenue Memorial School Welcomes with Power of Hello!
The GAMS school community came together to participate in the "POWER of HELLO" initiative to foster a culture of acceptance, care, and belonging. Faculty and staff kicked off the week by wearing matching "Power of Hello" t-shirts on Tuesday to lead by example and set a welcoming tone across our buildings. Throughout the week, educators facilitated meaningful Social Emotional Learning (SEL) discussions that empowered students to build positive connections and strengthen our school climate.
The event is coordinated by Ms. Pattie Lofaro, School Counselor with special thanks to Ms. Nancy Gross for making specialized shirts for the event and, of course, Gidney Avenue's very own Early Bird!
