Heritage Middle School Scholars Research Project Focuses on Lives of Famous Black Americans
For Black History Month, Ms. Pavri’s students at Heritage Middle School recently completed a special research project focused on the lives of famous Black Americans.
To bring these stories to life, students worked in pairs to find and write about the most important achievements of each person they studied. This wasn't just about reading books; it was about teamwork. By working together, the students were able to share ideas, help each other find facts, and learn from one another's perspectives.
This project gave the class a great opportunity to improve their research skills while celebrating the many ways these historical figures shaped our world.
