NFA Scholars Read to and Make Connections with Elementary Scholars

Students at GAMS enjoyed a special visit from guest readers this week as scholars from Newburgh Free Academy walked from our Main and North campuses to the neighboring elementary school to share their love of reading. The high school students, mostly members of our Student Council, read aloud in English, Spanish, and Arabic, creating meaningful connections while engaging and inspiring their younger peers through the joy of storytelling and language.
