ADMITTED! 205 NFA Scholars Admitted to SUNY Orange and SUNY Dutchess
On Monday, October 20th, the NFA Main Campus School Counseling Department held an Instant college admission event with our partner in higher education, SUNY Orange.
120 NFA Main Campus seniors were accepted to college ON THE SPOT!
After a presentation from the college on the diverse fields of study open to our students, our scholars had 1 on 1 meetings with the college admissions counselors.
NFA Alum, and SUNY Orange EOP counselor Hector Leal, provided hands-on assistance to our students who wanted to apply for the ***EOP program at SUNY Orange.
On Tuesday, October 21st the NFA Main Campus School Counseling Department held an Instant college admission event with our partner in higher education, SUNY Dutchess.
85 NFA Main Campus seniors were accepted to college ON THE SPOT!

The NYS Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) program that provides access, academic support, and financial aid to students from low-income and historically underrepresented backgrounds who show the potential to succeed in college but may not have otherwise been admitted. It helps students who might have faced academic or financial barriers by offering services like tutoring, counseling, and financial assistance for non-tuition costs such as books and supplies.
