Dear South Middle School Parents,
I am writing with an update on the parent-teacher conference appointment scheduler. After technical difficulties earlier this week, I am pleased to share that the link to make appointments has now been shared and can be found below.
My sincere apologies for the delay and any inconvenience this caused. I appreciate those of you who reached out with your concerns - it will help us improve communication in the future.
As a reminder, conferences are scheduled for November 21st from 5-8 pm and November 22nd from 7:30-10:15 am. Please click the link below to sign up for time slots with your child's teachers.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I am looking forward to productive conferences focused on our students' growth and success.

Les escribo para darles una actualización sobre el programador de citas para las conferencias de padres y maestros. Después de las dificultades técnicas a principios de esta semana, me complace informarles que el enlace para hacer citas ahora se ha publicado tanto en el sitio web de nuestra escuela como en el del distrito.
Mis más sinceras disculpas por la demora y cualquier inconveniente que esto haya ocasionado. Agradezco a aquellos de ustedes que expresaron sus preocupaciones - esto nos ayudará a mejorar la comunicación en el futuro.
Como recordatorio, las conferencias están programadas para el 21 de noviembre de 5-8 pm y el 22 de noviembre de 7:30-10:15 am. Por favor, visiten el sitio web de nuestra escuela o del distrito para inscribirse en los horarios con los maestros de sus hijos.
