REMINDER | Athletics Registration & APP Testing

As a reminder, the district will be using FinalForms for all athletic programs. We are asking that ALL parents of athletes and athletes themselves use FinalForms. Please register at: https://newburgh-ny.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. Access the Parent Playbook by clicking the title link to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom-right and click “Get Help”. 

Athletes must be in compliance with NECSD Policy 5411: Participation in Student Extracurricular Activities and Interscholastic Athletics, updated June 20, 2023. Students and families can now check their eligibility status by following these instructions. 

Athletic Placement Process (APP) will take place on the following dates. Athletics must attend at least one date to participate in fall sports. APP testing will be held at NFA Main Campus on Academy Field on:

As a reminder, the first day of Fall Sports is listed below. All athletic forms must be signed prior to the start of the sport season:
August 19th | Varsity, JV, Freshmen (Football only)
August 21st | Varsity, JV, Freshmen
September 6th | Modified
