Virtual Learning Interest Form - 2021-2022

Dear Goldback Families,

The NECSD Board of Education has asked that a virtual model of instruction be considered for students currently attending programs in school buildings within the district. The first step in this process will be to determine the level of interest. Please take the time to complete this survey so that our next level of planning can be accomplished. By completing this form, you are not guaranteed a virtual option. This form is to gather your feedback before planning next steps.

If you have multiple scholars who attend schools in the NECSD, please complete the form once per child.

This form will close on Monday, September 20th at 4:00pm.

La Junta de Educación de NECSD ha pedido que se considere un modelo virtual de instrucción para los estudiantes que actualmente asisten a programas en edificios escolares dentro del distrito. El primer paso en este proceso será determinar el nivel de interés. Tómese el tiempo para completar esta encuesta para que podamos lograr nuestro siguiente nivel de planificación.
