Parent/Family Survey 2020-21
As per New York State Education Department (NYSED) requirements, CSI/TSI schools are required to administer surveys annually to students, parents/families and teachers.
The 2020-21 surveys have been streamlined to better meet the needs of our district and schools. There are 25 multiple choice questions and 2 short answer questions.
Results will be shared with each school's building administration and School Leadership Team. Each building is encouraged to share the results with all stakeholders.
