NFA Advanced Culinary Scholars Prepare Sheet Pan Caprese Chicken

What's on the menu? Scholars from Advanced Culinary prepared a delicious meal as part of their regular class lesson this week. On the menu this week - Sheet Pan Caprese Chicken!

Scholars worked in teams to pre-heat the oven, read the recipe, prepare and season the chicken and vegetables, and bake the meal. Then, scholars added fresh basil and mozzarella before baking their creation for a few more minutes. To complete the meal, the chicken was drizzled with a balsamic reduction. After enjoying the delicious meal, scholars made sure their work spaces were cleaned for the next class to begin their work.
