The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) is a state grant hosted by SUNY Orange in collaboration with The Newburgh Enlarged City School District and Newburgh community agencies including The Boys and Girls Club of Newburgh.
A NYSED grant funded initiative, Liberty Partnerships Program is a comprehensive academic excellence program designed for middle and high school students.
