Hudson Valley Paws for a Cause in Schools this Week
Please be advised that therapy dogs will be in various schools throughout our district this week. The therapy dogs will be with their owner and an NECSD staff member visiting classrooms and spaces dedicated to social emotional learning.
A therapeutic dog can offer comfort, reduce anxiety, and provide the opportunity for engagement with a Pupil Personnel Services staff member as needed.
We are thankful to be able to provide this opportunity for our scholars!
