DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME | Reminder to “Spring Forward”
DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME | This is a friendly reminder that we “spring forward” on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Clocks should be turned ahead one (+1) hour on Sunday to make sure students arrive at school on time on Monday!
Daylight saving time is an annual time when the United States, along with other countries, changes the clocks to make the daylight last longer. In March, the clocks “spring forward” an hour, and in November, they “fall back.” Some also recommend changing the batteries in all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors so they are updated regularly.

HORARIO DE VERANO | Este es un recordatorio amistoso de que “avanzaremos” el domingo 10 de marzo de 2024. ¡Los relojes deben adelantarse una (+1) hora el domingo para asegurarse de que los estudiantes lleguen a la escuela a tiempo el lunes!
El horario de verano es un período anual en el que Estados Unidos, junto con otros países, cambia los relojes para hacer que la luz del día dure más. En marzo, los relojes “se adelantan” una hora y en noviembre “se retrasan”. Algunos también recomiendan cambiar las baterías de todos los detectores de humo y monóxido de carbono para que se actualicen periódicamente.
