Meadow Hill PTO organized a fundraiser called Change for Raven, a Town of Newburgh K-9 unit dog who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Our school raised a total of $1,231.49. The PTO encouraged the class with the most money raised would win a pizza party. Mrs. Candal & Mrs. Dickson class raised the most with $215.97 to help assist with medical expenses for Raven. On Friday, March 22, 2019 Raven walked throughout the building while the students greeted her.
Mr. Camt and Mr. Davidian (PTO Member) handed over the check to Sgt. Lawson. Sgt. Lawson and Raven visited with the 4th grade class and answered all questions the children had.
