South Middle School Welcomes 83 New Inductees at Annual National Junior Honor Society Ceremony
South Middle School celebrated their traditional induction into the Guilfoil-Hoffman Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society, by welcoming 83 middle school scholars.
SMS NJHS executive members Lily Lawrence, Angela Suero, Leigh Aubert, Olivia Pacione, and Gabriel Miller recited messages of the organization's pillars: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, Character, and Citizenship before leading the oath of members to the new members and lighting candles.
After the ceremony, families enjoyed a reception with goodies and treats in the courtyard.
