- Proposition 4: District-wide Capital Improvements: All at aggregate estimated maximum cost of $198,000,000. These improvements are intended to create more efficient learning environments and prepare our students for college and/or their careers. More information can be found by visiting bond.newburghschools.org. YES: 1513 (60.09%), NO: 1005
