NECSD School Social Workers Attend 60th Annual New York State School Social Workers’ Association (NYSSSWA) Conference
School social workers from the Newburgh Enlarged City School District proudly attended the 60th Annual New York State School Social Workers’ Association (NYSSSWA) Conference, a milestone event celebrating excellence and growth in the field.
The conference provided rich professional development opportunities focused on best practices in mental health support, trauma-informed care, equity, and student advocacy. Attendees participated in workshops and collaborative sessions that deepened their understanding of current challenges facing students and families.
