All students who signed up for AP Literature and Composition must attend an informational meeting on June 7, 2016 in the Eagle’s Nest promptly at 2:15 PM. The summer reading and writing assignment will be distributed at the end of the meeting.
All Library books are due back by 5/25/2016.
Students who have had medication confiscated by security or an administrator need to have a parent pick up the medication, or it will be thrown out at the end of the year.
Regents Prep Tutorials will begin on Tuesday, May 3 and run through Saturday, June 11. Tutorials are open to any student scheduled for a Regents Exam in June. Tutorials during the school week will run 2:15 – 3:30 PM. Saturday hours will be 8:00 – 11:00 AM. Calendars with subjects and room assignments are located in the Guidance Center and in administrators’ offices.
The Zero Waste Recycling Club here at the Main Campus asks you to help clean up your school. Cardboard recycling bins have been placed throughout the school in the cafeterias, gym and main parts of the building. We ask everyone to participate by recycling their bottles and cans. Thank you.

Attention Seniors – Senior Prom will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at Anthony’s Pier 9. All seniors who are planning on attending Senior Prom, must make sure they are in good standing and not on the 93% list. Don’t let senioritis get the best of you!! If you are planning on attending Senior Prom, please find a fellow prom committee senior to sign your name on a list saying you are attending! It will be a prom that you’ll never forget.

Need help with your writing assignments? The NFA Writing Center (Room #324) is open and can help you! During a free period, you must request a pass from any teacher in the cafeteria. So, Write On, and visit Room 324, your writing center here at NFA.
The Eagle’s Nest is now open for use after school. It can be used for any after school meetings. You can sign up to use the room in Room 264 with Ms. Mills.
