Students Honor Beloved Teacher During “Fake-Mustache Friday”

Recently, students at the Newburgh Free Academy North Campus held a special school-wide event, “Fake-Mustache Friday”, to honor former teacher Archie Reid. The day, which brought smiles to students and teachers in the school, commemorated the life of their beloved former teacher. Guidance Counselor Christine Harrold explained that although in the early stages, the students and staff would like to create a memorial bench area outside of the school in honor of Reid’s life and legacy.
