Registration Begins April 24th for Grant-funded NECSD 2012-2013 Universal Pre-K Program
The Newburgh Enlarged City School District will hold the 2012-2013 Universal Pre-K registration period beginning on Tuesday, April 24 until Friday, May 4, 2012. Children must be four years old by December 1, 2012 in order to be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten. All children must be toilet-trained prior to entry. Children need not be present to register.
Bus transportation is guaranteed for students registered during the registration time period. Students registered after May 4 are not guaranteed transportation.
Items required at the time of registration are:
- Parent/Guardian Government Issued Photo ID
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Up-to-Date Immunization Record
- Proof of Lead Screening
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Rental Agreement or Mortgage statement)
- Current Physical needed by Sept. 2012
The Registration Office is conveniently located in the NECSD Welcome Center, 191 Washington Street, Newburgh, NY. The office is open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Additional information is also available under the Registration link.
