Meadow Hill GEMS successfully celebrated their 4^th Annual Cultural Fair. Their goal was to create cultural awareness and to bring their families, students and faculty together celebrating their heritage.

Students and families collaborated to create a trifold display based on a family’s culture/ traditions or a country of interest. As a building, Meadow Hill gathered together on one night to enjoy entertainment like the local Newburgh Fire Piper & Drummer to traditional Indian dancing. Thanks to donations from over 20 of our local businesses, we are able to enjoy cuisine from places like Mexico, Ireland, Italy, and more. Teachers also showcase their talents such as Henna, Yoga, MMA, etc. while others showcasing cultural actives/games like a game from India called Carrom, the tradition behind Brazilian Carnival, world trivia, etc...

This was the largest turn out yet with over 200 people attending and over 50 families presenting.
