On Wednesday evening, May 23rd 2018, Gidney Avenue scholars held an Art Show and Spring Concert simultaneously for parents and community members to enjoy. Students from all grades PreK through 5th had beautiful and creative artwork displayed throughout the main hallway, hanging from the ceiling and in display cases. The artwork coincided with academic units that scholars had learned, mostly focused upon science and animals. Following the viewing of the art displays, guests were invited to attend and watch their scholars perform their musical talents on stage in both chorus and orchestra. Grades 4th and 5th held a fantastic performance! 

A special thanks goes to Gidney Avenue Memorial School Music Teachers, Mrs. Sayles, Ms. Reed, and Mrs. McCartney, and to Art Teachers, Mrs. Dorigatti and Ms. Lemp for all of their hardwork and dedication not just for this amazing event, but all year long!
