Form “2012” is for requested dates between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012. Please be sure to sign the first page and complete sections 3 and 4 on the second page. The request form, showing original signature, should be dropped off or mailed to the address below along with a Certificate of Insurance. Requests should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the date of the event.In addition, for a calendar of request deadlines

In order to keep school district files up to date, it is important that you complete this form if you have moved or if you intend to move in the near future. The form should be returned to the Main Office of your child's school with proof of the address change (a deed, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.). No change to an address will be made without the completion of this form.
Please fill out the above forms to allow your child to be photographed and included in stories about school activities in newspapers, on the website, etc. Please return the form to your child's teacher.

Vision Statement
The Newburgh Enlarged City School District will be the center of educational opportunities for the entire community. The District will provide the programs and resources to ensure that all students reach their full potential and are prepared to successfully meet the challenges and demands of the 21st century. The District will provide a safe, supportive and rigorous learning environment where tolerance and acceptance of differences will be encouraged. It will be a place where all are responsive to the needs of learners and hold themselves responsible for the success of every student. Students will acquire the knowledge and develop the skills and dispositions necessary to become responsible citizens and life-long learners who can communicate, problem-solve and work effectively.
