This week the District received further information that could potentially help us in the reduction of our current $8.9 million budget gap. It is for this reason that we have decided to reschedule the Budget Workshop and subsequent Special Meetings regarding the proposed 2013-2014 Newburgh Enlarged City School District Budget. We continue to explore any and all options that will minimize the reductions/cuts that need to occur.
